We have two board positions open. If you live in the Northern or Central regions of Idaho we would love it if you applied. Anyone who identifies as LGBTQ2S+, is the parent of an LGBTQ2S+ person, work as a mental health provider, medical provider, educator, or other community leader or advocate are all welcome to apply. You do not have to identify as LGBTQ2S+ to apply.
Additionally, it is not required to have experience in marketing or community outreach to apply. If you are willing to put in the effort and make it happen that’s all that matters!
Director of Marketing and Media:
This role is responsible for managing the social media accounts, creating content, and connecting with the community through online platforms. All directors on the board also participate in hosting and attending local events within their region throughout the year and as their schedule permits.
Director of Community Outreach:
This role is responsible for connecting with community leaders throughout the state to coordinate collaborative efforts to improve access to mental health support for the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Additionally, this role is responsible for recruiting support group facilitators. All directors on the board also participate in hosting and attending local events within their region throughout the year and as their schedule permits.
